He was predeceased by: his son Randall; and his grandson Jesse Metzger. He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Larry (Sue) and Pamela Squires (Mike); his granddaughter Nikki Kaczmarek (Dan); his great grandchildren, Lexy and Hailey Palmer; his grandson Ryan Metzger; and his sons, Loren Shereck (Sharyl) and Dave Sogge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; great-great nieces and nephews; great-great-great nieces and nephews; great-great-great-great nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of Flowers the family prefers memorials to Hospice of the Red River Valley.
