With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laurie Jo Cavanaugh of Grand Forks, North Dakota, born in Minot, North Dakota, who passed away on October 24, 2022 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Gordon Cavanaugh and Violet Cavanaugh (West); her sister Becky; her brother-in-law Ross Brossart; her nieces and nephews, Garret Brossart of Fargo, ND, Brittany (Mitchell), Haugen of Grand Forks, ND, Anthony (Reina), Katie (Kyle) and Jorgenson of Leeds, ND; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ace, Vivian Brossart, Caleb Brossart, Jameson Haugen and Mara Jorgenson. She is also survived by numerous cousins who were like siblings.
