With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leola E. Gonitzke of Grand Forks, North Dakota, born in Bottineau, North Dakota, who passed away on May 26, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ewald Gonitzke and Ada Gonitzke (Becker); her brother Gerald; and her siblings-in-law, Ella Marie Gonitzke, Jim Muir and John Ryan.

She is survived by: her sisters, Nita Muir, Thelma Ryan and Sandra Lancaster (Jim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
