Lorna Berge Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorna Berge in Grand Forks, North Dakota, who passed away on January 31, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Gustav and Ruth Louise Gustafson (Corell); her husband Tom; her in-laws, Russell and Florance; her brother Corky; her sister-in-law Kay; and her nibling Russell B. Berge.
She is survived by: her children, Gayle Aafedt (Brad), Erin Erickson (David) and Scott Berge (Wendy); her grandchildren, Kirsten Baltezore (Darin), Brian Aafedt (Hailey), Samantha Conley (Tanner), Hannah Pender, Andrew Erickson, Valerie Erickson, Clark Erickson, Alexia Ingle (Timm), Thomas D. Berge and Brenna Berge; her great grandchildren, Audrey, Reid, Raelynn Conley and Leo Berge; and her sister-in-law Karen Berge. She is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Ben and Ruth Gustafson Continuing Education Scholarship or the Ben G. Gustafson Chemistry Scholarship through the UND Alumni Association, or the Community Violence Intervention Center.
