She was predeceased by: her parents, Ole Staveteig and Mabel Staveteig; her husband Byron Amundson; and her brothers, Ervin, Lloyd and George Staveteig.

She is survived by: her children, Phil Amundson (Shelly) of Grand Forks, Roger Amundson (Kim) of Grand Forks, Mark Amundson (Julie) of Grand Forks and Erling Amundson (Judy); her grandchildren, Anna, Greta, Paul (Jenn), Scott (Karlie), Matthew, Alyssa, Joshua, Andres and Elena; her great grandchild Kollin Byron Amundson; her siblings, Robert Staveteig and Deloris Sanden Landerville; and her sister-in-law Betty Staveteig of Thompson, ND. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
