He is survived by: his mother Patricia Howard (Byers) of Dover, AR; his wife Myra Howard of Grand Forks, ND; his son Joshua Howard of Grand Forks, ND; and his brothers, Shawn Howard (Kathy) and Scott Alsleben (Barbara). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
