She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Omar Fundingsland and Mabel Fundingsland (Holwell); her children, Laura Hanson of Grand Forks, Rebecca Hanson of Grand Forks, Richard Hanson of Grand Forks and Nancy Holm (Brian) of Grand Forks; her grandchildren, Aaron Lizakowski (Kailin), Rachel O'Mara, Miranda Vinci (Michael), Matthew Holm, Amy Lindquist (Casey) and Ashley Pesch (David); her great grandchildren, Sean O'Mara, Andrew O'Mara, Juliana Vinci, Michael Vinci, Grayson Pesch, Quinn Pesch, Oliva Lindquist and Logan Lindquist; her sisters, Rita Enge of Surprise, AZ and Dianne Hilde of Bryan, TX.; and her husband Duane Hanson.
