With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlene Alice Nordrum of Grand Forks, North Dakota, who passed away on April 10, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Hugh Noyes; her husband Eugene Nordrum; her mother Pearl Jorgenson; her stepfather Melvin Jorgenson; and her brother Wesley Noyes.
She is survived by: her children, Darcie of Mesa, Arizona, Michael of Grand Forks, Gregory (Melissa) of Warren, Minnesota and Scott of Sauk City, Wisconsin.; and her grandchildren, Ryan (Kenny) of Mesa, Arizona, Derek, Brooke of Grand Forks, Josh (Jaimee), Ivey of Warren, Minnesota, Matthew (Katrina) of Hanford, California and Eric of Corcoran, California.. She is also survived by many extended family members, nieces, and nephews.
She chose to donate her body to the University of North Dakota Medical School, a final act of generosity that reflects her giving spirit.Marlene's memory will live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew and loved her.
