It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Fred Brune of Grand Forks, North Dakota, who passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Brune and Florine Brune (Moody); and his brother Tom Brune. He is survived by : his wife Eileen Brune (Carlin); his children, MaryKatherine Reid (Jason) and Shawn Brune (Lisa); his grandchildren, Travis Brune and Kylie Brune (Blake Laurin); his great grandchildren, Zeno and Kade Laurin; and his siblings, Mary Lee Corrigan (William), Judy Ferry, Richard Brune (Carol), Kris Ross (Brian) and Jon Brune (Rachel). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
