He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Foley and Isabell Foley (Irwin); his children, Francis Foley and Danika Lemm; his grandson David Foley; his siblings, Mike, Butch, Robert Foley and Dorthey Nelson; and his siblings-in-law, Bruce Lundeby, Victor Scholand, Kay Foley and Annie Foley.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Schneider of Buxton, ND; his children, Leona Christie (Scott) of Buxton, ND, Pat Foley of Fargo, ND and Bobbie Clark (Lee); his siblings, Marianne Braaten, Don Foley (Karen), Judy Anderson (Gary), Margie Lundeby, Dennis Foley (Kay), Fran Scholand and Connie Beireis (Doug); and his grandchildren, Brandi Christie (Caleb), Ashley Clark (Levi), Nicole Pope (Jake), Tiffany Taylor (Sean), Pat Foley (PJ), Angela Sager (Shane), Chris Foley, Micheal Foley, Teea Torres (Raymond), Danson Foley and Jacob Knight.
