He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Romine (Todd), Elaine Chapman (Kevin) and Steven Biggs (Diane); his grandchildren, Alexandra Strand (Nick), Francesca Skaare (Dustin), Kory Chapman, Emily Romine, Maxwell Romine (Trae), Ian Romine, Megan, Nichole and Erica Biggs; his great grandchildren, Hadley, Orrin Strand, Julian, Oscar and Leo Skaare; his sisters-in-law, Connie Biggs, Anna Seeba and Loretta Lechner (Sevigny); and also George Biggs.
A rosary was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (1018 18th Ave S, Grand Forks, ND 58201). Visitation was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at the Calvary South Cemetery.
