He is survived by: his children, Kevin Franks (Carolyn), Kari Reese (Vince) and Todd Franks; his grandchildren, Zachary Franks, Bryanna Reese (Logan), Kelsey Thorpe (Tyler), Patrick Budge (Taylor) and Katelyn Franks; his great grandchildren, Kinley, Kora Thorpe, Ashtyn, Daniella Budge, River, Wilder and Eliza Reese; and his siblings, Joanne Oslie and Gordon Franks (Sara).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Amundson Funeral Home (2975 S 42nd St, Grand Forks, ND 58208). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
