He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Mutcher and Bertha Mutcher (Anderson); his former wife Mary Lundeen; his wife Theresa Devos; his siblings, Ronald Mutscher, Johnny Mutcher, Merle Mutcher, Gerald Mutcher and Shirley; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Becker, Paula Mutcher, Darcy Mutscher, Irene Mutcher and Lil Mutcher.
He is survived by: his son Robert Mutcher, Jr. (Lisa) of Sioux Falls, SD; his stepchildren, Jay Dee Mutscher (Amanda) of Grand Forks, ND and Terri Jo Mutscher of Grand Forks, ND; his siblings, Larry Mutcher of Larimore, ND, Ralph Mutscher of Grand Forks, ND, Donald Mutscher of Grand Forks, ND, William Mutcher, East, Linda Becker of Medford, OR and Gayle Scaggs (Victor) of Grand Forks, ND; and his sisters-in-law, Vicky Mutcher of Grand Forks, ND and Dianne Mutscher of Grand Forks, ND. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-granddaughter.
