He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Voelker and Edna Voelker (Vogel); his wife Shirley Johnson; his daughter Theresa; and his siblings, Arnold, Vernon, Mark and Bernice Brueckner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Dalbey (Dennis) and Roberta'Robin'Carlson; his grandchildren, Jason Dalbey (Samantha), Riley Dalbey (Kayla), Kendra Hensley (Curtis), Kayla Kastner, BriAnna Thompson (Carson Fuller), Samantha Huso, Holly Stegman (Travis) and Whitney Otto (Sam); and his sister Lois Honek (Robert). He is also survived by his 16 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
