It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Lunski of Grand Forks, North Dakota, who passed away on July 4, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Kise and Palma Kise (Johnson); her husband Don Lunski of Michael's Catholic Church; her siblings, Kenneth, Leslie, Dennis and Connie; her children, Danny and Cindy; and her son-in-law Brian Green.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Lyste (Dean) of Northwood, ND; her brother Randy Kise of Mayville, ND; her grandchildren, Danny Green (Jessica), Justine Bueligan (Luke), Angela Lyste (Kyle Paulson) and Michael Lyste (Jordan); and her great grandchildren, Gracie, Easton, Jerzee, Sonny, Rylee and Logan.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Calendar St. Michael's Catholic Church (524 N 5th St, Grand Forks, ND 58203). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
