She is survived by: her caregiver Greg Zukowski; her sons, Christopher Zukowski (Billie), Scott Zukowski of Grand Forks and Eric Zukowski of Grand Forks; her siblings, Cynthia Stevenson of Burnsville, MN, Karen Fodness of Bemidji and Kenny Stevenson (Tammy); and her sister-in-law Sheila Stevenson. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
