He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmein "Cub" Ekness and Avis Ekness; and his cousins, Joan Kitzmiller and Rick Lohroff. He is survived by: his siblings, Sean Wyeth (Noel) of Alburtis, PA, Donna Hunter (Mike) of Bremerton, WA, Deb Johnson (Scott) of Horace, ND and Ramona Baker (Jason) of Grand Forks, ND; and his uncle Gary Aune (Pat) of Pahrump, NV. He is also survived by 3 nephews, 4 nieces.
The Evanger Cemetery was such a big part of his life that he would want donations to go to them in his memory.
