He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Bauer and Frances Bauer; his son David; his sisters, Geraldine Juran and Patricia Peterson; and his brothers-in-law, Philip Juran, Darwin Kunrath and Earl "Mark" Bauman.
He is survived by: his former wife Judy Crocker; his son Daniel (Justine); his wife Barbara Dykstra; his son Kevin; his siblings, Raymond, Mary Ann Kunrath, Bonnie Bauman (Ronald), Diane Bond (Randy) and Kathy Laney (Dallas); and his brother-in-law Jim Peterson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM and on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dahlstrom Funeral Home (11 Main St, Lisbon, ND 58054). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at the Stirum Cemetery.
