He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Bill and Betty Bill (O'Hara); his wife Louann Sondeland of Mountain, ND; his siblings, Louise Williams, Kaye Dalsted and Randy Bill; his brothers-in-law, Robert Williams, Robert Thomas, Leo Kalis and Allen Papenfuss; and his nephew Jason Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Stacey Bill (Judith) of Hamilton, Robert Bill (Stephanie) of West Bend, WI, Renae Olson (Justin) of Drayton, ND and Troy Bill (Elizabeth) of Hamilton; his grandchildren, Andrew, Daniel, Mason, Carter, Emily and Lily Bill; his sisters, Geri Thomas and Kathy Kalis; and his siblings-in-law, Merlyn Dalsted, Colleen Dalsted (Dale) and Jean Papenfuss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
