She is survived by: her husband Norman Wirtz of Hankinson; her children, Jerome Wirtz (Sue Kaehler) of Hankinson, James Wirtz (Lisa Enwiller) of Fairmount, Janet Birchem (Jody) of Stirum, ND, Jill Buisker (Mark) of Fargo, ND, Janelle Kath (Randy) of Hankinson and Jolene Roeder (Jonathan Ziegler) of Hankinson; her grandchildren, Jessica Peterson (Tim), Jason Birchem (Shari Olson), Brandon Buisker, Brock Buisker, Race Kath (Lakin), Ryan Kath, Ruston Kath and Rex Roeder; her great grandchildren, Tristen and Skylar Peterson; her brothers, Peter C. Piechowski of Felton, MN and Eugene Piechowski (Beverly) of Avon, MN; and her sister-in-law Gwen Piechowski of Watertown, SD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
