With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Oien of Hannaford, North Dakota, who passed away on February 11, 2026 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Clemens (Bob) and Leah Clemens; her stepmother Monica; her siblings, Mike, Mark, Miles and Susan; and her father-in-law Ernest Oien.
She is survived by: her son Ivan Oien Jr.; her husband Ivan; her daughter Leah (Devon); her brother Jeremy Clemens (Rhonda); her nephew Bryce Clemens; and her mother-in-law Margeane Oien.
