She was predeceased by: her father James Thompson; her parents-in-law, Duane and Darlene Wangen; and her brother-in-law Duane "Butch" Wangen. She is survived by: her mother Jane Thompson (Keller); her husband Steve; her sons, Jeff (Jasmine), Kevin (Jerilyn) and David; her grandchildren, Cullen, Gavin, Kieran, Reagan, Laila and Lorelei; and her siblings, Jan Thompson, Scott Thompson (Sheri Ploium), Linda (Wayne Jensen), Lisa (Brian Roseen) and Amy (Paul Thompson). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church (1520 Advent St, Harvey, ND 58341). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
