He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Milton Grudem and Palma Grudem (Nesja); his sisters, Marion Vandenburg and Jewel Hervey; and his brother-in-law Larry Linson.
He is survived by: his wife Lucretia Linson; his children, Joan Quam of Harwood, Jon (Jackie) of Dakota Dunes, SD and Steve (Maidie) of West Fargo; his grandchildren, Sophie, Charlie Quam, Alyson Daninger (Nathan), Zachary Grudem (Ali), Claire and Kate Grudem; his great grandchildren, Josephine, Bennett, Naomi, Joshua and Grace; his brother Marvin; and his siblings-in-law, Gary, Bill Linson and Patty Linson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
