He is survived by: his children, Kari Ennulat (Harold) of Woodbury, MN, Nancy Buckley (Kevin) of Dayton, OH and Nathan Holter (Sue Nelson) of West Fargo, ND.; his grandchildren, Karin Bunker (Jacob) of Princeton, MN, Alex Buckley (Moné Ford) of Dayton, OH and Morgan Buckley of Cincinnati, OH.; his great grandchild Sophia Bunker; his wife Dawn Wegenast of Portland, ND.; and his siblings, Marilyn Stoa, Neal Holter, Carl Holter, Rick Holter and Michael Holter.
