She was predeceased by: her parents, Lars Karlstad and Clara Karlstad (Johnson); her husband Martin Hanson; her siblings, Palmer Karlstad, Carsten Karlstad and Adeline Neyssen-Erickson (Mardel Austinson); and her grandson Ryan Hanson.
She is survived by: her children, Claire Lohnes (Herb) of Sioux Falls, SD and Keith Hanson (Ronda) of Hatton, ND; her grandchildren, Jennifer Mirkovic, Erin Bosch (Nathan), Heather Hanson (Chris Hertel), Angela Haugen (Terry), Kristin Hanson (Jeremy Dupree), Amanda Thorsgard (Adam) and Brady Hanson; her great grandchildren, Milla and Marco Mirkovic; and her grandchildren, Olive, Robbie Bosch, Katelyn, Jaylee, Hailey Milligan, Gracie, Natalie, Isaac and Sadie Thorsgard.
