She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Johs (Jangula) and Frank Johs; her husband Wayne; her siblings, Viola Tetzloff (Johs), Michael Johs and Francis Johs; and her brothers-in-law, Peter Bauer, Gerald Fischer and Ruben Tetzloff.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Schmitcke (Sarah) and Kelly Schmitcke (Jillian); her grandchildren, Taylor, Logan, Blake, Alisha, Johnathan and Nicholas; and her sisters, Georgie Bauer (Johs) and Evelyn Fischer (Johs). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (372 Harold St, Hazelton, ND 58544). A prayer will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (806 E Broadway Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501).
