He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Fuchs and Georgie Fuchs (Hamernik); his sister Nancy Anderson of Fertile, MN; and his nephew Brent Bloom of Billings, MT.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Jeff Fuchs (Andrea), Horace and Jennifer Osland (Mason Orth); his grandchildren, Isabelle Osland, Kyle Osland, Bailey Fuchs and Brody Fuchs; and his sisters, Ginny Strem (David) of Fertile, MN and Ione Bloom of Billings, MT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
