He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Myaer (Don); his granddaughter Kelly Steinbrecher (Jared); his great grandchildren, Kaeden, Mackenzie, Delaney, Sydney and Weston; his granddaughter Bridget Britton; his great grandchildren, Brenna, Hunter and Ryland; his children, Steven Kudrna (Linda Harstad) and Charlene Klose (Richard); his granddaughter Madison Cossel (Matthew); his great grandchild Olivia; his granddaughter Kendall LeMay (Andy Aho); his great grandchild Virginia; his son Michael Kudrna (Julie); his grandchildren, Garrett (Rachel Cox), Emily Kudrna, Alexa Ulschmid (Chris) and Allison Kudrna; and his siblings, Verna Chorne and Glenn Kudrna.
He was awarded the ND Dental Foundation's Meritorious Service Award for his contributions to dentistry.
