She is survived by: her children, Melanie Ash of Breckenridge, CO and James Ash (Kim) of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Ariel Duchscherer (Cody), Cody Kilgore (Brittany), Emily Ash (Travis Buckeye) and Aiden Ash; and her great grandchildren, Mia, Wallen, Rhett and Roman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be made to SMP Health Ave Maria - Jamestown.
