With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerald Bergquist (Jamestown, North Dakota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 24, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyell Bergquist and Agnes Bergquist (Vincent); his sister Pat Umsted; his brother-in-law Curt Umsted; his nephew Ross Bergquist; and his friend Angie Kokott.
He is survived by: his brother Mike Bergquist (Kris); his nieces, Rachel Cichos (Nick), Jamestown and Kate Wier (Jim) of Lewistown, MT; and his nephew John Umsted (Rhonda) of Helena, MT. He is also survived by great-niece, 5 great-nephews and several great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. John's Academy, Red Cross or the Salvation Army.
