He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald (Gerry) and Twylla Danuser (Sisson). He is survived by: his wife Carol Grace Carson; his family, Holly Danuser (Schroeder) of Marion, N. D., Carrie (Danuser), Dr. David Jones of McLean, Deborah Danuser, Catherine "Katie" (Danuser) and Matthew Coburn of Humble; his brothers, John, Bruce, Doug, Mark and Reed Danuser; Elle, Lila, Cameron and Clayton.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch.
