He is survived by: his children, Dean Mielke (Linda) and Jaymie Mielke Quiroz (Antonio); his grandsons, Allen Mielke, Joseph Mielke (Joey), Anthony Quiroz, Methius Quiroz and Caleb Quiroz; and his siblings, Shirley Ahner, Jerome Mielke (Edith) and Dale Mielke (Bonnie).
