He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelma Halsey (Swinney) and Robert Kenneth Halsey. He is survived by: his daughters, Shelly Henderson (Andy) and Karrie Dee Gray (Michael); his granddaughter Megan Kaylee; and his siblings, Scott (Lou Ann) and Terri (Diana Rose Halsey) of Washington. He is also survived by his family and the many friends.
