He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Walker and Bertha Walker (Opp); and his wife Ardelle Walker. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Mark Kelly (Linda), Tracy Neva (Randy), Pat Kelly (Tammy) and Joseph Kelly (Laurel); his sisters, Shirley Scrivens, Beverly Tobin and Diana Moores (Tom); and his brother-in-law Dave Tarbell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many, adored grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or cards, donations can be made in his name to Jamestown Regional Medical Center Hospice.
