He is survived by: his children, Melissa Myers (Mikel), Randy Lewis and Johnna Torr (Aaron); his son-in-law Robert Norton; his grandchildren, Gracie, Graydon, Gaby, Hudson, Beau, Elle, Jack, Sylas and Miri; his close friend Betty Kanode; his siblings, David Lewis (June) and Heidi Schieffer (Corey); and his brother-in-law Jim Hanson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
