She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Emmel and Tina Emmel (Wisdahl); her grandson Shane Jensen; and her sons-in-law, Daren Anderson and Robert Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Roger; her children, Susan Chuesberg (Jim), Steve Jensen (Sharlet) and Rhonda Johnson (Tom Hegre); her grandchildren, Roger Chuesberg (Emily), Tiffany Wisner, Scott Jensen (Tabaya), Stacie Hedberg (Troy), Shawn Anderson (Jenna), Trevor Johnson (Kayla) and Ryan Carlson (Carrie); her great grandchildren, John Blake, Lauren Chuesberg, MaKaya, Jadlyn, Adley, Kinsley, Kyen Jensen, Rylee, Landon Hedberg, Bradyn, Daxton, Harper, Luka Anderson, Keagan Berdahl, Eli and Ari Johnson; her siblings, Larry (Virginia), Duane (Peggy), Doyle Emmel (Nancy) and Beverly Berntson (Steve); her siblings-in-law, Dave Jensen (Candy) and Virginia Emmel (Larry); her in-law Oscar; her siblings, Dennis, Daryl Emmel, Eunice Gilseth and Orville; her sisters-in-law, Bev Jensen and Joann Emmel; her brother Law; and her nephews, David Durbin and Mike Emmel.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (318 6th Ave NE, Kenmare, ND 58746). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery.
