She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Knodel and Bertha Knodel (Hess); and her husband Bennie Martin. She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Hagen (Scott) of Hatfield, PA and Julie Kohler (Gary) of Benedict, ND; her grandchildren, Mark Romani (Theresa) of Coopersburg, PA, Jee Ea Gay (Eh Kmwee Paw) of Sellersville, PA, Trevor Kohler (Aaron) of Benedict, ND, Ashley Rath (Tim) of Wishek, ND and Marcie Krueger (Michael) of Garrison, ND; her great grandchildren, Valkyrie Paw, Briggs Kohler, Morgan, Teegan Rath, Parker and Paxton Krueger; her brother Gary Knodel (Arlinda) of Caldwell, ID; her sister-in-law Jeanette Martin of Chaska, MN; her father-in-law John Martin (Sophia); her son Curtis Martin; her son-in-law Joe Romani; her sisters, Shirley Dessenko (Sam) and Marlys Erickson (Alvin); and her siblings-in-law, Albert Martin, Edwin Martin (Margaret), Freda Rauser (Ben), Alfred Martin and Jonathan Martin (Sally). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Arlean Martin to Valley View Manor, CHI Hospice, Rosenfeld Baptist Cemetery, or Camp Bentley.
