He is survived by: his wife Amy; his siblings, Deborah Koolstra of McBain, MI, Laura Sweet of Rockmart, GA, Lonnie Brooks of Crookston, MN, Daren Brooks (Carol Steinhoff) of Crookston and Devlyn Brooks (Shelley) of Moorhead, MN.; his sister-in-law Teri Brooks of Sauk Centre, MN; and his cousins, Scott and Ida Bubendorf. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and nephews.
