He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Leith and Eleanor Leith (Conn); his siblings, Dick Leith and Delores Glenz; and his sister-in-law Esther Leith.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Nelson of Lakota, ND; his children, Barb Schill (Darrell) of Langdon, ND, Lisa Miller (Randy) of Lakota, ND and Steve Leith (Jane) of Grand Forks, ND; his grandchildren, Tanya Schill, Ryan Schill, Chris Miller (Mahalia), Matt Miller and Cory Leith; his brothers, Darrell Leith and Doug Leith (Janet); and his sister-in-law Joan Leith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
