Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Patricia Burtness (Lakota, North Dakota), who passed away at the age of 78, on July 27, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Carlson and Juanita Carlson (DeGooyer); her son Danny; her brothers, Jack and Kenneth G. Carlson; and her grandparents, Anton, Grace DeGooyer, Ingvald and Clara Carlson.

She is survived by: her husband James; her sons, Steven (Stacie), Kevin (Stephanie) and Michael (Mandy Nelson); her grandchildren, Gina, Carson, Jamie and Sullivan; and her siblings, Anita Newman (Randy), Robert Carlson (Natalie), Bill Carlson (Susie) and Kerry Carlson (Teri).
