She was predeceased by : her parents, Gustav Stenerson and Alma Stenerson Loughead (Odden); and her siblings, Marilyn Sculthorpe (Woody), Allan Stenerson and Willard Stenerson.

She is survived by : her husband Lloyd Peterson; her daughter Sheryl Thara; her siblings, Joyce Iverson (Larry), Jerry Loughead and Joey Loughead (Sarah); and her sister-in-law Barb Stenerson. She is also survived by grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
