She was predeceased by: her parents, Nels Tostenson and Clara Tostenson (Pownell); her siblings, Terry, Clifford, Nels Jr. and Betty; her grandson-in-law Andrew Givens; her parents-in-law, Donald and Eva Mears; her siblings-in-law, Bridget Mears, Susan Malchose and Ron Tuttle; her niece SueLynne Gunderson; and her nephew Cole Hoffert.
She is survived by: her husband William Mears; her children, Donald Ray Tostenson (Wanda) of Cando, ND, Katherine Mears (Joseph) of West Fargo, ND, William Jr. Mears (Sandy) of York, ND and Brittany Brossart (Chris) of Leeds, ND; her grandchildren, Melissa (Alan), Megan, Zachary (Sari), Cameron (Brooke), Chace, Shelby, Harper and Gabby; her great grandchildren, Delaney, Lindi, Sutton, Liam, Benjamin, Cooper, Bentley, Layne and Hensley; her siblings, Bonnie Tuttle and Tim Tostenson (Nancy); and her sisters-in-law, Marcia Johnson (Tostenson), Laurie Tostenson and Rhonda Tuenge. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
