He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ahrens; his children, Jason Ahrens (Kristine), Justin Ahrens (Lindsey), Jesse Ahrens (Danielle) and Karissa Goodrich (Aaron); and his sister JoAnn Nigg (Bill). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
