He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Frank; his father-in-law James; and his brother-in-law Dennis Wheeler. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Frank (Rein); his wife Paula Hunt (Brammer); his children, Andrew Betting (Kari), Stephen Betting (Elaine), Ethan Frank, Cameron Frank (Kourtney) and Zachary Frank (Lauren); his grandchildren, Tom, Cora and RJ; his siblings, Deb Wheeler, Cindy Frank and Greg Frank (Teri); and his mother-in-law Val.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church (101 2nd Ave SE, Lidgerwood, ND 58053).
