He is survived by: his mother Sandra Boice; his wife Roxanne; his children, Lora Kuchar (Dustin) and Zach; his siblings, Marty, George, Sheila, Dawn, Teresa, Della and Jason; and his sisters-in-law, Rosie and Rhonda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
