He is survived by: his mother Connie Lyons (Hoff); his wife Sara Madsen; his children, Zachary Ulmer (Mattison), Lydia Nord (Zack), Gabriel and Eli; his grandson Theodore; his parents-in-law, Bruce and Mary Madsen; his brother Darrin (Amy); his sisters-in-law, Lisa and Miranda Madsen; his niece Elizabeth; and his nephews, Ethan, Grant, Brock Lyons and Jack Morris.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to the Lisbon Wrestling Club, Lisbon FFA, Ransom County 4H, or the Lisbon Rural Fire Protection District.
