It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Formo of Litchville, North Dakota, who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Axel Formo and Jennie Formo (Van Bruggen); his brother-in-law Walter Junkert; his great grandchild Joshua Sailer; and also, Ruebin and Alvina.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Wetzel; his son Mark Formo (Emily); his grandsons, Dillon, Austin, Davis Formo, Taylor Carlblom, Kenzi and Kacey Peterson; his daughter Teresa Formo-McDonald (Shawn); his grandchildren, Lee Trapp (Bradi) and Jesse Sailer (Cody); his great grandchildren, Saraya Formo, Maxwell and Isla Sailer; his brother Lawrence Formo (Karen); and his sister-in-law Jane Junkert. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and friends.
