She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Schmidt and Agnes Schmidt (Smith); her husband Lawrence J. Graner; her children, Brenda and Duane; and her siblings, Kenneth, Eugene "Bud" Schmidt, Bernice Reed and LaVerne Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Buchholz (Whitey) and Daryl Graner; her grandchildren, Alisha Graner (Choutae Gerhardt), Paul Buchholz (Melora), Rebecca Schmidt (Steve) and Linton; and her great grandchildren, Adeline, Jessa Schwab, Ripp Gerhardt, Georg, Henri Buchholz, Kimber, Barrett and Kadence Schmidt.
Memorials may be made to Christ the King Church or the Morton County Public Library.
