Georgette leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Georgette’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Georgette will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Otto and George Otto. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Vayda; her daughters, Valarie "Val" Wald (Dave) and Victoria "Vicki" Hammond (Danial); and her grandchildren, Christian Wolf (Aliyah) and Alixandra "Ali" Wolf.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Weigel Funeral Home (309 4th Ave NW, Mandan, ND 58554). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
