He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Clara; and his siblings, Geraldine, Kay, Don and Jim.

He is survived by: his siblings, John and Clara Roth (Sunde); his wife Helen Jutila; his daughters, Leann Cesario (David), KayAnn and Cleo; his grandchildren, Nicole (Terry), Erin, Ryan, Ciara, Joshua and Breanna (Natalie); his great grandchildren, Trevor, Ashton, Tara, Jacob, Sloan, Evan, Finnegan and Brynlee; and his brothers, Mel and Bill (Dora).

In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Jack's name may be sent to the Kintyre Lutheran Church, 2260 64th St E. Kintyre, ND 58549 or the Kintyre Cemetery, 2260 64th St E, Kintyre, ND 58549.

“Dear family, We will always remember Jack as a very caring and hospitable man who was interested in other people. We remember him as one who was encouraging and pleasant. DyVonne and I had many good times visiting with Jack and Helen, encouraging one another and just having fun together.
